We understand plans may change. Our cancellation policy is simple and transparent:

Cancellation by Customer

Domestic & Uttarakhand Packages

• Before 15 days: 80% refund

• 7–14 days: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

International Packages

• Airline & visa charges are non-refundable

• Refund depends on hotel & travel partner policies

Cancellation by Infinity Routes

If we cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, travel restrictions), you will receive:

• Full refund, or

• Option to reschedule at no extra cost

No-Show Policy

No refunds for travelers who fail to show up on the travel date.
